Description
This amendment to RFQ 36C24926R0007 is to correct information on Attachment D.3 Conflict of Interest Statement solicitation number and Attachment D.5 POC information to be in sync with Evaluation Factors III and correct the date required for submission to be in sync with the RFQ response due date of May 8, 2026 @ 10:00 am Central Time. In addition, this amendment addresses all vendor questions submitted.
