Description
The U.S. Army Contracting Command New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is conducting market research on behalf of Devens RFTA, MA, to identify capable sources for the procurement of a mechanized topsoil screener.The Government requires a tracked or wheeled mechanized topsoil screener to remove rocks, debris, and roots, to produce fine, high-quality topsoil with a maximum particle size of 0.5 inches (12.7 mm).The equipment must meet the following minimum specifications:Operation: Fines passing through the mesh must be conveyed into a stockpile, and overs (larger rocks, roots, and debris) must be discharged into a separate area.Power: Must be diesel or gasoline powered.Transport and Mobility: Must be able to be loaded with a bobcat and be towable with a truck or move under its own power.Training: Operational training for range control personnel is required at the time of delivery.Delivery: Delivery shall be witnessed and verified by a Government Representative.Submission Request:Please submit a brief response indicating your company name, business size under NAICS 333120, and a brief statement confirming your ability to supply the equipment and perform the required training at the designated location in Lancaster, MA.
