Description
The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) has a requirement for Grounds Maintenance Services at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Requirement: The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision of its employees to perform the service requirements under this contract for Fort Rosecrans Cemetery. Service requirements include: Headstone Services, Gravesite Maintenance, Turf and Grasses Maintenance, Tree, Shrub & Planting Bed Maintenance, Irrigation System Services, Drainage System Maintenance, Trash & Debris Removal, Pavement Sweeping & Cleaning, Artificial Turf Maintenance, Structure Cleaning & Light Maintenance, and Ceremonies Assistance. This requirement is restricted as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code assigned to this project is 561730 � Landscaping Services and the Small Business Size Standard is $9.5 Million. This acquisition will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and in conjunction with FAR Part 15. Questions: All vendor questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted by email to the Contract Specialist no later than 02/27/2026 @ 1:00 (PST). Questions received after this deadline will not be addressed. Responses will be posted on SAM.gov. via amendment. Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled for 02/23/2026 @ 10:00 (PST). Vendors shall meet at the administration building and must arrive on time. Vendors are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit to ensure a full understanding of the requirements. No additional or repeat site visits will be scheduled. SAM Registration: Only proposals submitted by vendors that are actively registered in SAM.gov at the time of proposal submission and award will be considered. Proposals from vendors that are not actively registered in SAM.gov will be rejected as non-responsive.
