Description
**Amendment 0001 has been posted to extend the solicitation due date and attach the RFI log.** Luke AFB is seeking a vendor to provide services for setup, installation and removal of holiday lights on Luke AFB. Please see statement of work dated 16 July 2025 for details of service requirements. When submitting quotes please include all applicable costs. Award will be a base plus four option year contract. Please ensure submitted quotes meet evaluation criteria listed in clause 52.212-2 of the solicitation. A site visit for this solicitation will be held on Tuesday, 7 October 2025 @ 10:00am MST. The purpose of this site visit is to educate all interested vendors regarding general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performances. If interested vendors would like to be included in the site visit, please email your request to Velma Wynn @ velma.wynn.1@us.af.mil and Jacqueline Aranda @ jacqueline.aranda.1@us.af.mil no later than 6 October 2025 by close of business. Please ensure all parties attending have a form of the Real ID drivers licence or one of the acceptable alternatives listed in the attachment. There will be no exceptions. All questions regarding this solicitaion shall be emailed to Velma Wynn @velma.wynn.1@us.af.mil and Jacqueline Aranda @ jacqueline.aranda.1@us.af.mil , no later 9 October 2025 by close of business. Questions submitted past this deadline may not be considered for response. Questions MUST only be sent to the points of contacts listed. Questions submitted to anyone other than the POC's will not be reviewed or answered. Questions will be answered as soon as possible, and all questions and answers will be posted to this solicitation so that all potential offerors are afforded the answers. Please submit proposals via email Velma Wynn @ velma.wynn.1@us.af.mil & Jacqueline Aranda @ jacqueline.aranda.1@us.af.mil. Proposals are due no later than 20 October 2025 @ 11:30pm MST. �Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.�
