Description
On or after March 10, 2026, a solicitation will be posted for four (4) rolls of TAPE, FILM, P/N 3M 9731 (18" wide x 108 yd). This item is manufactured by 3M Company in support of Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY), Portsmouth, VA. The requirement will be a Small Business Set?Aside and a Brand Name, sole?source action. The resulting award will be Firm?Fixed?Price. This notice is not a solicitation, and quotes are not being requested at this time.
