Description
This amendment answers questions regarding the Request for Quote (RFQ). Questions with their respective answers are as follows: Will the Government accept experience with other technologists certified by ARDMS, other than cardiovascular? Recruiting and retaining an ARDMS certified professional, whether Cardiovascular or other, requires the same level of expertise. ANSWER: The government will not accept other technologists, who are not Cardiovascular. Staffing Levels / Estimated Hours Can the Government provide the anticipated number of full-time equivalents (FTEs) or estimated hours per labor category for the period of performance? ANSWER: Sufficient information is contained within the RFQ. Shift Structure and Coverage Are services expected to include evening, night, weekend, on-call, or overtime coverage? If so, should these be priced separately or incorporated into the base hourly rates? ANSWER: Sufficient information is contained within the RFQ. Period of Performance Please confirm the anticipated base period and any option periods associated with this requirement. ANSWER: Sufficient information is contained within the RFQ. Credentialing and Onboarding Timeline What is the estimated timeframe for credentialing and onboarding once candidates are submitted and tentatively accepted? ANSWER: The timeframe for credentialing and onboarding varies due to several factors. This cannot be answered due to this uncertainty. Employment Structure Does the Government permit the use of 1099 independent contractors, or must all personnel be W-2 employees of the Prime Contractor? ANSWER: 1099 employees are not appropriate for this procurement. Subcontracting Parameters Please confirm whether subcontracting is permitted for recruitment and talent sourcing support, with the Prime Contractor retaining full management control, payroll authority, and performance responsibility in accordance with SDVOSB limitations on subcontracting. ANSWER: This is a management decision for each vendor submitting a quote for this procurement.
