This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301625Q6156 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04 and DFARS change notice 01/17/2025. This requirement is set aside for small businesses. The NAICS code is 334220 with an SBA size standard of 1,250 employees. This is being solicited as Brand Name requirement via SAM.gov. The Rohde and Schwarz (R and S) PR200 portable receiver pinpoints the origin of signals for purposes of spectrum management, to include spectrum interference resolution.
