Description

This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Government will not pay for any information solicited.� The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, on behalf of the Fayetteville VA Medical Center, is conducting market research for the purchase of disposable privacy curtains and installation and all required infrastructure and components necessary for Wilmington Health Care Clinic (WHCC) and Coastal Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs). The contractor will remove existing curtain infrastructure and install new infrastructure privacy curtains at designated locations. The contractor will: Provide all curtain tracks, hooks, rods, and privacy curtains. Install all provided tracks, hooks, rods, and curtains at each designated location. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 238990 All other Specialty Trade Contractors Manufacturing Size Standard $19.0 Million, and the Product Service Code (PSC) Classification is J072. Interested parties should submit with their response the following information: 1. Company name and UEI# 2. POC information 3. Business size and socio-economic classification 4. Capabilities Statement Interested Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov
