Description
409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) / Regional Contracting Office Bavaria (RCO) issues a solicitation for Family Advocacy Program Educator (FAP) Services to provide services in support of the Army Community Service (ACS), United States Army Garrison (USAG) Bavaria, Grafenwoehr - Tower Barracks, Vilseck - Rose Barrachs, Netzaberg and Hohenfels Communities in Germany. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The Period of Performance is expected to start 29 JAN 2026 � 31 Jan 2031 and includes a one (1) year Base Period with four (4) one year Option Periods IAW FAR Clause 52.217-9 (Option to Extend the Term of the Contract) . The solicitation MUST BE EMAILD to: yvonne.v.schmalzreich.ln@army.mil and usarmy.rheinland-pfalz.409-contr-spt-bde.mbx.rco-bavaria-solicit@army.mil. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP from SAM.gov and to frequently monitor SAM.gov for any amendments. A bidder list will not be maintained by this office, no telephone or Fax Requests for the Package will be accepted. Failure to resond to the electronically posted RFP and assosiated amendments priort to the date and tome set for receipt of quotes may render vernor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same. Firms interested in submitting proposals must: complete the entire solicitation document to include representations and certifications, provisions and clauses, provide all product technical specification documentation and technical complicance certifications, and ensure current registration in the SAM system at https://www.sam.gov.
