9/9/2025 - Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment it to provide questions and answers to the solicitation via Attachment 5 BEP Parking Questions and Answers for RFP 2031ZA25R00040. See Attachments. ****************************************************************************************************************************************** This announcement constitutes a Notice of Proposed Contract Action. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to award a non-personal services contract for the BEP Parking Program at the District Currency Facility (DCF). The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is the world�s largest printer of security documents which includes United States currency. The BEP consist of two buildings: the Annex and the Main building, each covering a city block. The purpose of this requirement is to provide 500 parking spaces for the BEP employees at the DCF in the Washington, D.C. area. The parking spaces shall be located within a � mile radius from BEP facilities located at 14th and C Streets, S.W., Washington, D.C. The Period of Performance (POP) shall be for one (1) Base Year of 12-months and two (2) 12-month option years. The POP reads as follows: Base Year 8 November 2025 � 7 November 2026 Option Year I 8 November 2026 � 7 November 2027 Option Year II 8 November 2027 � 7 November 2028 This solicitation is issued as a total Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) set aside. The applicable NAICS code is 812930 Parking Lots and Garages. Electronic procedures shall be used for this solicitation. Request a copy of the solicitation from the following website: www.sam.gov. Issue date of the solicitation is 25 August 2025. Response date for receipt of proposal is 24 September 2025.
