Description
The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), on the behalf of In-Service Carriers (PMS 312), has awarded a $6,999,950 Sole-Source 8(a) contract for In-Service Carriers Refueling and Complex Overhaul (RCOH) Painting and Lagging for the USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74). Award N00024-25-C-2121 was executed to Mills Marine and Ship Repair LLC, 211 Market Street Suffolk, VA 23434 on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR Part 19.8 and 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(5) The statutory authority for this 8(a) Set-Aside award was done in accordance with FAR Part 19.8 and the Partnership Agreement between the US Small Business Administration (SBA) and the US Department of the Navy.
