Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. The United States Department of Agricultural (USDA) - Economic Research Service (ERS) intends to award on a sole source basis to Purdue University. This is a membership in the Global Trade Analysis Project (GTAP) consortium. Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0076 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Global Trade Analysis Consortium Project (GTAP) membership. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 611310 - Colleges, Universities and Professional Schools The small business size standard is $34.5M This acquisition is an unrestricted requirement.
