MARKET RESEARCH - SOURCES SOUGHT. NO SOLICITATION EXISTS This is a SOURCES SOUGHT (SS) NOTICE for Market Research purposes ONLY. This information will be used to determine the availability of vendors capable of meeting the Government's requirements. Defense Health Agency is issuing this SS Notice to determine whether there are potentially qualified SMALL BUSINESS concerns capable of providing UPS Battery Maintenance Service. This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote or invitation to bid. The intent of this notice is to identify potential Offerors for market research purposes and to determine whether to set-aside the requirement for SMALL BUSINESS. NAICS Code: 221122- Electrician Power Distribution Description/Scope of Work: See attached DRAFT PWS. It is anticipated that any resulting solicitation will be for a Firm- Fixed-Price (FFP) contract, with a Product Service Code (PSC) of J061 and NAICS Code of 221122. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Responses to this SS notice shall not exceed two (2) pages and shall be prepared using Times New Roman font no smaller than 12 point. The technical capabilities statement shall include: A cover page containing the company's name, address, CAGE code, Unique Entity ID, years in business, affiliate information, parent company, joint venture partners, NAICS code, business size/socio-economic status, Government business point-of-contact name, phone number, and email address. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this SS notice or any follow-up information requests. No telephone calls requesting a solicitation package will be accepted because there is no solicitation. In order to protect the procurement integrity of any future procurement, if any, that may arise from this announcement, information regarding the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) will not be provided and no appointments for presentations will be made. Responses shall be submitted by 11:59 A.M. Eastern Standard Time, by posted deadline date located on SAM.gov. Any questions must be submitted in writing to Tina Maas tina.m.maas.civ@health.mil, No telephone calls will be accepted. Disclaimer and Important Note. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.
