Description
The Bureau of Reclamation intends to award a sole source contract to the State of California Department of Water Resources (DWR) to conduct snow surveys and resultant water forecasting services in order to operate reservoirs within the Central Valley project, including Shasta Lake, Folsom Lake, New Melones Lake and Millerton Lake. DWR has an Agreement with US Department of Agriculture Forest Service (USDAFS) to provide snow surveys and other related work. A Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition with specific details is attached.
