Description
Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition The United States Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the U. S. Department of Agriculture that is expiring in Rio Grande City, TX. The Government request land yielding a minimum of 75,000 to a maximum of 82,764 sq ft land area. The space must be located at 12 Livestock Road, Rio Grande City, TX 78582 and be contiguous. To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by 3/10/26. (Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space).
