Description
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-26-G-1002 with The Boeing Company, St. Louis, MO, to procure NVIDIA Graphics Processors in support of the F/A-18 E/F and EA-18G aircraft programs. The period of performance for this effort will be 90 days from award. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.103-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements". The Government does not intend to use the provisions of FAR Part 12 for this acquisition. This synopsis is for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive proposals. Boeing is the designer, developer, manufacturer, and integrator of the F/A-18 aircraft in its various configurations; and as such, is the only known firm with the knowledge, experience, and technical expertise required to accomplish this effort. This announcement is for informational purposes only. Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact The Boeing Company directly.
