Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to make the following changes: Updated Questions and Answers from the solicitation were added as an attachment in Section J Section L, Section 4.5 Sub-Factor (2) Management Approach/Staffing Plan The due date remains March 9, 2025 at 10:00 AM (Pacific Standard Time) Changes to Section L are in red. It is the responsibility of teh offerors to fully review the entire solicitation to ensure they comply with solicitation and all amendments. Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to make the following changes: Change the anticipated award type from a Single Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to a Multiple Award IDIQ. Add Section 4.0.3 to the PWS Questions and Answers from the solicitation was added as an attachment to Section J The due date was extended to March 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM (Pacific Standard Time). Changes to the ordering procedures, Section L, Section M, and PWS are in red. It is the responsibility of the offerors to fully review the entire solicitation to ensure they comply with the changes incorporated in this amendment. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego is issuing a solicitation under small business set aside in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and FAR 15 Contract by Negotiation to provide The Office of the Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC), Operations Directorate, Headquarters, Safety (CNIC HQ Safety) with training in basic and advanced motorcycle safety classes; basic off-road vehicle safety classes, and driver improvement classes at locations throughout the CONUS, Guam and Hawaii. Interested parties shall provide their proposals to the Government in accordance with Sections L and M in the attached solicitation N0024426RS003 by the closing date and time of this solicitation. The applicable North American industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 611692 Automobile Driving Schools. Offerors are advised that they must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database, SAM.gov, prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of proposals. Only email communications will be accepted; no phone call communication or personal office visits with NAVSUP FLCSD or its internal & external customers regarding issues or questions pertaining to this procurement will be accepted for the duration of the solicitation, evaluation, and the award process.
