Description
The government will be provided Avaya certified technicians and technical support for all currently installed Avaya PBX, ACD, CBA, and IVR telecommunications systems as well as the third-party products that support those systems. The maintenance and on-site technical support will have specific tasks that will be performed by the contractor;
