Description
Amend 0001- To provide Q&A and to extend the due date to January 13, 2026 at 03:00 PM (MST). Solicitation No. 75H70726Q00022 is hereby issued by the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Indian Health Service (IHS) with the Albuquerque Area Office (AAO), has a requirement for one (1) Podiatrist Non-Personal Healthcare Services for Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center (ZCCHC) in Zuni, New Mexico. This solicitation is set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) pursuant to the Buy Indian Act 25 U.S.C 47 as the first (1st) tier. If IHS, does not receive reasonably priced offers from Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE), then IHS will evaluate quotes and consider award to other small business concerns, under the following cascading set-asides. 2nd Tier- Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business 3rd Tier- Certified HubZone Small Business 4th Tier- Small Disadvantage Business 5th Tier- All Other Small Business Concerns The solicitation document incorporated by provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06. The associated North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this procurement is 621391 with a size standard of $9.0M. All quoters shall submit the following documents to be considered for award on or by the submission deadline: 1. Technical Qualifications (Volume I) 2. Past Performance (Volume II) (template attached for reference) 3. Price Quote (Volume III) 4. A complete Indian Economic Enterprise Representation form 5. A sign SF1449 and Amend 0001.
