The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 9, located at 1639 Medical Center Parkway, Suite 400, Murfreesboro, TN, 37129, anticipates issuing a solicitation Request for Quotation (RFQ) on or about 6/18/2026 to request quotes for a single award open market purchase order with an anticipated award date of 07/01/2026 for the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center. SET-ASIDE: 100% Small Business NAICS Code: 333310 Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing SBA SIZE STANDARD: 1,000 number of employees PSC: 5342 Hardware, Weapon System DESCRIPTION: The Government intends to issue a solicitation for the acquisition of the SIG Sauer ROMEO-X Enclosed Pro 3 MOA Red Dot Reflex Sight, Part Number WSORX1330, on a brand-name-only basis. The requirement is for the following item: Manufacturer: SIG SAUER Product: SIG Sauer ROMEO-X Enclosed Pro 3 MOA Red Dot Reflex Sight WSORX1330 Part Number: WSORX1330 Quantity: 50 The Government has determined that this specific brand-name item is required to meet operational, training, interoperability, sustainment, and mission requirements associated with existing law enforcement and/or military weapon systems. DELIVERY SCHEDULE/PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 30 days after the receipt of order RESPONSE REQUESTED: Only written responses from responsible sources will be considered. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for solicitation consideration. Interested parties are encouraged to furnish information by email only with RESPONSE TO PRESOLICITATION NOTICE 36C24926Q0257 in the subject line. All documents submitted will not be returned. All interested parties shall submit clear and convincing documentation demonstrating their capabilities to satisfy the requirements listed above to Carmen Hanczyk, contracting officer, by email at carmen.hanczyk@va.gov NO LATER THAN the given closing date and time on this notice. The capability documentation should include information describing in detail the prospective contractor's capabilities to meet this requirement. Government wants to know the following: If you have stock on hand or a confirmed supplier lead time well within the window, state that specifically. Delivery 30 days after the receipt of order (ARO).
