Description

*RFP 454235 - is hereby updated to reflect a new proposal due date of 3:00 PM ET, December 1, 2025 and to include an amended version of Enclosure 3. The amended version of Enclosure 3 removes the "Amount" column. This extension is granted as BSA is still working through the questions received. Once all questions have been answered, this solicitation will be updated again to include a consolidated Q&A document. We hope to have the Q&A out by mid/late next week. Please continue to follow this requirement for future amendments. Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (BSA), under a Prime Contract for the operation of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), herewith is soliciting proposals for Temporary Support/Contract Labor Services. This solicitation is set-aside for competition among Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) concerns under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561320 � Temporary Help Services; with a business size standard of $34M. BSA invites you to participate in accordance with the Request for Proposal (RFP) letter and all supporting enclosures and attachments. This requirement has been posted to SAM.gov website under RFP 454235. Any questions concerning this RFP must be addressed via email to the attention of Lisa Gonzales at lgonzales@bnl.gov. Please ensure to open all attachments and read through each carefully.
