Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with FAR parts 13.5 and additional information included in this notice. The Bureau of Reclamation intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order for services represented in the Statement of Work. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03, as of January 17, 2025.
