Description

US Army Contracting Command-Orlando will host a Hybrid PALT Industry Update on Tuesday, 12 May 2026 from 1100-1200 ET at the Central Florida Tech Grove, located on the ground floor of the Partnership IV building, 12809 Science Drive, Orlando, FL. The session will be hosted by ACC-Orlando, with contributors from US Army CPE ST3 and USMC PM TRASYS representatives. This hybrid session can accommodate a maximum of 160 industry partners for in-person attendance, and up to 300 virtually via MS Teams. To attend this Hybrid PALT Industry Update Session, individuals must register/RSVP for the in-person or virtual session. The deadline to register for either in-person or virtual attendees is Monday, 11 May 2026; 11:59 PM ET. The deadline to submit questions is Wednesday, 06 May 2026; 11:59 PM ET; Questions submitted after 06 May 2026 will not be answered during the PALT Industry update. Note: In-person registration will close once we reach the 160 person limit. Once the limit is reached, attendees must RSVP using the link above for Virtual session to attend via MS TEAMS. IMPORTANT NOTES REGARDING IN-PERSON ATTENDANCE: Individuals who register for in-person attendance must present a photo ID to gain entrance to the Tech Grove facility. Due to limited parking at the Partnership IV/Tech Grove facility, We strongly advise that attendees DO NOT PARK in the reserved spots. In-person attendees are encouraged to park in the open lot on the southeast corner of Science Drive and Technology Parkway, adjacent to the entrance to NAWCTSD and proceed on foot to the Partnership IV/ Central Florida Tech Grove building located at Partnership IV building, 12809 Science Drive, Orlando, FL. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ When registering, you will have the option of submitting question(s). If you elect to submit an question, we ask that you pose a specific and complete question, DO NOT only a program acronym or name. A complete question will assist the respective Government point of contact in providing focused and accurate answers during the session. We will first address the questions we receive in advance, and if there is time remaining, open the floor for questions. To ensure we target the most relevant contract-related questions, we recommend you submit them in advance. Information provided by the Government during this hybrid PALT Industry Update will be limited to updates pertaining to specific procurements. The Government will not provide any procurement sensitive information that would violate the integrity of the source selection process. We will continue to post updated versions of our ACC-Orlando Workload Point of Contact chart.
