This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document with incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (MICC-JBLM) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Coveralls and Rags Rentals and Laundering Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) at JBLM, WA. The Ordering Period is from 01 September 2019 through 31 August 2024. This will be a full and open competitive procurement effort open to all capable and qualified business concerns, regardless of business size, under NAICS code 812332 - Industrial Launderers. The applicable PSC is W084 - Lease or Rental of Clothing, Individual Equipment. In order to be considered, please, adhere to the FAR 52.212-1 Addendum, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, located within the solicitation. FAR clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items apply to this procurement in addition to all provisions and clauses listed therein. In order to be eligible for award, Offeror must be registered with the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov. Also, please, verify that both your DUNS number and CAGE Code are valid and current. Offerors are reminded to carefully review all solicitation documents issued, as criteria stated in the solicitation shall govern. This solicitation is issued in electronic format only and will be available on the Internet at: https://fbo.gov. It is the Offeror's responsibility to check the Internet address provided, as necessary, for any posted amendments to this solicitation that may arise.
