2026 Munitions Executive Summit (MES): Capability Program Executive Ammunition and Energetics (CPE A&E) Advanced Planning Briefing to Industry (APBI) Guidebook The 2026 Munitions Executive Summit (MES), hosted by the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), is scheduled for March 17-18, 2026. The purpose of this special notice is to post the Single Manager for Conventional Ammunition (SMCA) APBI Guidebook. This guidebook contains information on the CPE A&E enterprise and its subordinate project management offices, as well as other organizations in the Ammunition Enterprise. Appendix A of this document details Business Opportunities for the current Fiscal Year (FY26). Appendix B lists the Science and Technology Focus Areas for the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Armaments Center. The United States Government makes no representations that the items listed within this guidebook will be procured for the funding listed, in the timeframes specified, or at all, given the fiscal climate. This is a planning document and is subject to change. No information contained within the guidebook should be perceived by interested parties as definitive. Responses to this notice are not required.
