Description

This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial services prepared in accordance with the procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 13.5: Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) has a requirement in support of Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) and the NATO School Oberammergau (NSO) for the development of virtual machines that will host hands-on exercises that apply the concepts taught in cybersecurity courses at the NATO School Oberammergau (NSO). All the requirements and details of this purchase can be found in the Attachment titled "N00244-26-Q-S006 RFQ". - Page (2) of that document provides a high-level summary of the requirement. - Page (5 - 12) is the Performance Work Statement (PWS), i.e., Section C of the solicitation. - Page (55 - 57) consists of all the instructions for question and quote submission, including the deadlines. This is Section L of the solicitation. - Page (58 - 61) explains how the Government will evaluate the quotes received. This is Section M of the solicitation.
