23Feb2026 - Amendment 3 - Update Combined Synopsis/Solicitation page 4, paragraph #2 last sentence to state, "Photos available upon request". 28Jan2026 - Amendment 2 - Update Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and attachment 4 to change site visit dates due to weather. 21Jan2026 - Amendment 1 - Update Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and attachment 4 to change site visit dates due to weather. 08Jan2026 - Update attachment 4 Site Visit Information to correct dates. 07Jan2025 - Issue solicitation The BEP has a requirement for rigging services that include disassembly and relocation; or demolition, removal, and disposal of large, heavy equipment (currently identified equipment weighing approximately 10 - 35 tons), and other construction items, which are located at the Washington D.C. facility and at the Landover, Maryland warehouse. The services may also require occasional relocation of same type of equipment, materials, and other components. BEP has several high priority projects requiring removal of machinery and equipment from multiple locations within the Main and Annex buildings. Contractor shall load, transport, remove, deliver and dispose of equipment as needed and adhere to any applicable off-site scrap disposal requirements.
