This is a BRAND NAME OR EQUAL procurement for a Quantity 5 of PN 8518227 or a PN equivalent to its specs, with the following description: AUDIOSTAR PRO: AudioStar Pro with DD45, B81, IP30 and DD450 High Freq. Headphones with GSI AMTAS automated audiometry. For your quote to be considered valid, you MUST complete and return BOTH the Request for Quote Document and MIL STD 129R via email to desmond.sysengchanh@gsa.gov. Otherwise, failure to complete, sign, and return the documents to the email address will result in your response and quote being INVALID and be given NO FURTHER CONSIDERATION for award.
