Description

The Naval Air Systems Command, (NAVAIR) Patuxent River, Maryland, Air Traffic Management Systems Program Office (PMA-213) intends to award a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) order for the productionization of the AN/UPX-52 Common Core Digital Interrogator (CCDI). The AN/UPX-52 CCDI is an update to the AN/UPX-50(C) DI to address obsolescence issues and to combine the AN/UPX-24 and the Digital Interrogator into one system for Department of Defense Air Traffic Control Radar Beacon System/Identify Friend or Foe (IFF) Mark XIIA System (AIMS) certification. This effort includes contractual options to be integrated in the UPX-52 CCDI; Administrative Kiosk Mode and Roles, KIV-80 Interchangeability, Option to address Trouble Reports, and Automated Switch-Over Development. RESPONSES IN ANY FORM ARE NOT OFFERS AND THE GOVERNMENT IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO AWARD A CONTRACT AS A RESULT OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. NO FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO PAY FOR PREPARATION OF RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY RESPONDENTS TO THIS TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY."
