Description
Notice of Intent to Negotiate a Sole Source Award The Bureau of Reclamation intends to negotiate a sole source contract with LAKE ROOSEVELT FORUM for MEMBERSHIP DUES. The NAICS code is 813410 with a small business size standard of $9.5 MILLION. The Government intends to award a single, firm-fixed price, base plus four (4) option year contract with a period of performance of: BASE: January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026 OPTION YEAR 1: January 1, 2027 - December 31, 2027 OPTION YEAR 2. January 1, 2028 - December 31, 2028 OPTION YEAR 3: January 1, 2029 - December 31, 2029 OPTION YEAR 4: January 1, 2030 - December 31, 2030 The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. If firms believe they have the technical capability to meet this need, submit a technical capability statement along with business profile to Paula Gross at pgross@usbr.gov within 5 days of this notice. Any information received will be treated as market research information for future same or similar requirements. The Contracting Office reserves the right to pursue the sole source negotiation or to compete the requirement based on information received. Quotations or proposals received in response to this notice will not be accepted since this synopsis is not a request for quote or a request for proposal.
