Description

The Veterans Administration Cincinnati VAMC, 3200 Vine Street, Cincinnati, OH 45220, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, intends to release an Invitation for Bid (IFB) 36C25026B0003 for Project #539-22-202 entitled Renovate Repair and Replace Doors on or about November 04, 2025. The full solicitation, specifications and drawings will be posted on www.sam.gov. This project will repair and replace many of the doors and frames, interior and exterior, at the Cincinnati and Ft. Thomas Campuses. This will correct FCA deficiencies with a grade D or F. Many doors and frames are rusting or are dented. In addition, the project will increase the safety of the patients because many of the doors are damaged and do not open correctly. Some of the cross-corridor doors have problems with latching and are compromised as fire or smoke resistant. All responsible sources may submit a bid, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 Will plans be available for� inspection� without charge?
