Solicitation notice � EMB Generator PMSC Contract Ref: EMB Generator PMSC Contract The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for EMB Generator PMSC at the U.S. Embassy in Stockholm. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Interested parties should request a RFQ package from the Stockholm Procurement Team by email at STKgsocontracts@state.gov using; 19SW8026P0602 EMB Generator PMSC Contract 2026-2027 in the subject line. Details to be provided by the company are: Name and address of company Name of requestor and position Contact details � email address and phone number Brief description of your company and previous experience that corresponds with the SoW. The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit on 2nd July 2026 10.00 at the U.S. Embassy in Stockholm. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact stkgsocontracts@state.gov by 30th June 10.00 with names of visitors and for additional information or to arrange entry to the building. Quotations are due by 9th July 2024 at 12.00 local time. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to stkgsocontracts@state.gov Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102.
