Purpose of Amendment The purpose of this Amendment is to make the following changes: Delete specific ICN from the requirement package Page 3: Amend Section B to adjust the number of bundled ICNs for CLIN0001 and update the growth CLIN percentage for CLIN0002 Page 36: Amend Section J to revise Attachment (2) Amendment Details a. Solicitation N6264926R0011, issued on 05/29/2026, is hereby amended as follows: The following ICN is deleted in their entirety from the requirement package: No.03 - ICN 38E9312316R_00_A01 Page 3 Section B - Supplies or Services & Prices or Costs Section B in the solicitation is amended as follows: CLIN0001: Delete: The contractor shall accomplish the work requirements of all fifty-five (55) ICNs as outlined in the drawings and specifications provided in Section J Attachment (1). Replace with: The contractor shall accomplish the work requirements of all fifty-four (54) ICNs as outlined in the drawings and specifications provided in Section J Attachment (1). CLIN0002: Delete: The growth CLIN percentage is revised to read as follows: "The growth CLIN amount represents 16.02% of the total proposed cost for CLIN00001." Replace with: The growth CLIN percentage is revised to read as follows: "The growth CLIN amount represents 16.27% of the total proposed cost for CLIN00001."
