Description
AMENDMENT 2: This amendment provides responses to vendor questions. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. AMENDMENT 1: This amendment provides responses to vendor questions and incorporates the following changes: (1) revised PWS �3.2.6 and Technical Exhibit (�3.3) regarding hood filter inspection, cleaning, and replacement; (2) updated Pricing Sheet instructions; and (3) corrected attachment references. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (AFB), Ohio, has a requirement for a non-personal services contract to provide Commercial Kitchen Exhaust System and Ceiling Cleaning Services. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, cleaning supplies, and equipment necessary to perform comprehensive cleaning and degreasing of the commercial kitchen exhaust systems. Key Requirements: Routine, deep-cleaning of kitchen exhaust hoods, ductwork, and rooftop exhaust fans to prevent fire hazards and ensure proper ventilation. Cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen ceiling areas within the designated facility. All services must be performed in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and comply with all applicable commercial fire, safety, and health codes. This acquisition is set aside 100% for Small Business under NAICS code 561790 (Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings), with a Small Business Size Standard of $12.5 Million. The anticipated Period of Performance consists of a 12-month Base Year and four (4) consecutive 12-month Option Years. All responsible commercial sources may submit a quote. Prospective offerors must be actively registered in SAM.gov at the time of quote submission.
