Description

This requirement is for the complete turn-key installation of new electrical circuits and outlets at eight (8) Unaccompanied Military Housing (dormitory) buildings at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base (SJAFB), North Carolina. The service will provide dedicated, accessible power to the ground-floor stairwells (East and West ends) of each facility. The scope requires the contractor to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to install sixteen (16) new 20-amp, 120-volt Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) circuits. These circuits will power a total of sixty-four (64) new 15-amp duplex receptacles, with four receptacles per stairwell. Key materials include approximately 2,900 linear feet of 3/4" Schedule 40 PVC conduit, over 8,600 feet of #12 THWN-THHN copper wire, GFCI-compatible weatherproof "in-use" covers, and 20-amp single-pole, bolt-on GFCI circuit breakers compatible with the existing Siemens electrical panels. All work, materials, and labeling shall conform to the most current editions of the National Electrical Code (NEC), UFC 3-501-01, and UFC 3-520-01. (Attachment 7) Includes As-Builts for all Buildings (Attachment 8) Extend the amendment response due date and time to 21 May 2026 at 10:00 A.M. (Attachment 7) SEE ALL ATTACHMENTS BELOW. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation FA480926Q0030 (Attachment 6) remain unchanged.
