Description
This requirement is focused on assessment, analysis, and planning for a future Enterprise Compliance Management System (ECMS) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) capability. The work includes requirements analysis, market research, vendor evaluation, and development of a recommended implementation roadmap. Offerors are advised that this procurement does not include system implementation or execution activities. Solicitation questions are due by 5:00 PM CT on Wednesday, February 4, 2026.
