This is an amendment to a previously synopsized requirement for the National Park Service, The National Park Service, Oregon Caves National Monument and Preserve, for tree thinning and piling services The purpose of this Amendment no. 05 is to provide the site visit notes and Revision no. 4 to Attachment 1, Terms Provisions Clauses adding two clauses "Seasonal Shutdown" and "Notice to the Government of Delays." NEW ATTACHMENTS. Refer to "Amendment 5, Attachment 1 Revised Terms Provisions Clauses," Part I, Section E (Seasonal Shutdown clause) and F (Notice to the Government of Delays clause). Also refer to updated list of attachments in Part III. The site visit notes are included in Attachment 10 as "Amendment 5 Attachment 10, Site Visit Notes." ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF AMENDMENTS: For each Amendment, fill in boxes 15a through 15c on the Standard Form 30 (SF-30) amendment forms and submit with quote. Acknowledging amendments is important because it confirms the Quoter's understanding of the complete solicitation package, as originally posted and as amended. THIS SYNOPSIS PAGE DOES NOT CONTAIN FULL DETAILS OF THE SOLICITATION.
