Description
The work performed under this contract will consist of Title I Architect and Engineer Services to provide a Planning Charrette Report for a Repair Runway Project at Keesler AFB. The Service Provider shall furnish the personnel, services, equipment, materials, facilities, and other requirements necessary for, and incidental to, the performance of work identified in the Statement of Objectives. This acquisition will be conducted utilizing FAR Part 36 procedures for selection of firms for architect-engineer contracts. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541330 �Engineering Services� and Product Service Code (PSC) is C1AZ �Architect and Engineering- Construction: Other Administrative Facilities/Services Buildings�. The size standard is $25.5 Million. The Request for Qualifications Package, along with a Statement of Work and associated documents will be posted on the Contract Opportunities Website: https://www.sam.gov on/or around 17 February 2026 with a tentative closing date of 17 March 2026. The contract performance period will be 210 days after contract award. All Contractors wishing to do business with the Government are required to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) DoD Database prior to any subsequent award. SAM Registration may be accomplished online at https://www.sam.gov/SAM/. Contractors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD Central Registration Database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a UEI number. Recommend registering immediately in SAM in order to be eligible for timely award. The single source of entry for all documentation pertaining to this acquisition will be https://www.sam.gov. All interested parties are responsible for checking this website to ensure they have the most current information (i.e., issued amendments, changes to the Statement of Work, etc.).
