INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB) NOTICE 2-1-QSC-T-26-076 DEMIL A Aluminum Scrap Term Contract NASA Kennedy Space Center � Space Commerce Way, Merritt Island, FL 32899 The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the sale and recurring removal of Government-generated DEMIL A Aluminum Scrap located at NASA Kennedy Space Center, Florida. This solicitation establishes a term contract for the sale of scrap property, with removal required as a condition of sale. The successful bidder shall remove scrap material on a recurring, as-needed basis in coordination with the Agency Government Representative (AGR), and in accordance with all site-specific operational, security, and safety requirements. Certified weight tickets are required; contractor-owned scales are not permitted. Performance Guarantee of $2,500 required post-award. Required insurance documentation must be furnished prior to performance in accordance with IFB Section 7.2. All amendments must be acknowledged. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the bid being deemed non-responsive. SITE ACCESS / SECURITY NASA Kennedy Space Center is a secured Federal installation.
