Description
This is a Sources Sought synopsis only. This is not a solicitation announcement. The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is conducting market research to seek sources capable of performing non-personal services for Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Unscheduled Repairs of Miscellaneous Food Preparation (MFP) Equipment for stores located in Group 8. The stores are: Moffett Field, Ord Community, and Travis Air Force Base, California. See the attachment for the Performance Work Statement (PWS), List of Equipment requiring services, and the Preventive Maintenance Checklist. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310, and the business size standard is $12,500,000. This Sources Sought Notice requests expressions of interest from both large and small businesses. Interested firms must submit their responses via email to the primary Point of Contact (POC) no later than 3:30 PM EST on June 11, 2026. All interested parties are encouraged to respond.
