Description
The US Forest Service has a need for office and wareyard space in Enumclaw, WA. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain). Delineated Area: North: SE 424th St, East: 284th Ave SE, South: SE 456th St, West: 244th Ave SE Minimum/Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,478 � 2,992 Space Type: Office and wareyard Parking Spaces (Total): 14 Wareyard: 5,227 Sq. Ft. Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 10 years Please see the attached notice for full details.
