Please see attached Combined Synopsis and Solicitation and attachments. The Statement of Work and Contract Clauses are provided in Attachment 1. Service shall commence on June 1, 2026. The deadline for submission of questions is 15:00hours Central European Time on April 03, 2026. The deadline for submission of proposal is 15:00hours Central European Time on April 17, 2026. AMENDMENT 0001: Please see attached amendment 0001 to reflect corrected maximum amounts for Optical Care (Sub-Section C.1.1.10) and Dental Care (Sub-Section C.1.1.11). AMENDMENT 0002: Please see attached amendment 0002 to provide Questions and Answers, clauses and provision updates, and revised deadline changed to April 23, 2026, 15:00hours Central European Summer Time.
