THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 04. This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, to provide a specimen collection software system. This equipment requirement is for the VISN 04 Hub in support of the multiple VAMCs, located throughout the network. The full solicitation may be posted to SAM at www.sam.gov/opportunities on or around July 2, 2026.
