PLEASE ENSURE THE LATEST SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES AND SERVICES (dated 12.12.2025) IS USED FOR YOUR PRICE QUOTE. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued to establish a Fixed Price (FP) w/Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) Requirements Contract, with Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) delivery orders, for Special Packaging Instruction (SPI) Corrugated Fiber Boxes as described in the Schedule of Supplies & Services (Attachment 1) and in accordance the Special Packaging Instruction (Attachment 02).
