Description

The Tennessee Valley Healthcare System VAMC, Nashville, TN has a requirement for a contractor to provide construction services for Project # 626-25-101 - Upgrade Critical Environments I in accordance with the Statement of Work, Project Specifications and Drawings. The project work will include general construction, alterations, and selective demolition at the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System VAMC. NAICS Code 236220 is applicable to this requirement. The Small Business size standard is $45M. The estimate range of construction is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00 This requirement will be procured by way of FAR Part 15, as a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. The evaluation factors and sub-factors under consideration for this requirement will be available upon the solicitation release, which is anticipated to be on or by March 25, 2026. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns under the authority of 38 U.S.C §8127 (d). To be considered for award, Contractors must be registered, and the Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS) (https://dsbs.sba.gov/search/dsp_dsbs). In addition to the requirements as set forth in the solicitation notice (to be issued), the proposed contractor must also be determined responsible in accordance with FAR Part 9. The Contracting Officer will determine responsibility prior to any award being made. The Project number, Project Name and Solicitation Number must be included in the subject line of all questions related to this requirement.
