The purpose of this amendment (2) is to: 1. Extend the due date for Phase 1 RFQ to 1:00 PM ET on January 28, 2026. Please see the following attachment for amendment 2 for details. 1. 1333ND26RNB190001 Amendment 2 All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. ************************************************************************ Amendment 1 The purpose of this amendment is to: Extend the due date for Phase I RFQ to 1:00 PM ET on January 8, 2026. Update previous Draft Solicitation Notice Language. See updated notice below the list of attachments. Provide answers to questions asked in response to this solicitation. See attached RFI Q&A -CUP Phase I. Revise the following solicitation sections: Section L, and Section M. Revise the following documents and attachments: IDIQ Statement of Work (SOW), Task Order Statement of Work (SOW), Attachment A, F1, and G. Incorporate new Attachment I. Incorporate Site Visit Sign-in Sheet pdf. Please see the following attachments for details. All changes are highlighted in yellow. Statement of Work Technical Attachments A-H ************************************************************************* NOTICE: This document is no longer a Draft Solicitation Notice solely to provide industry with advance awareness of the Government�s anticipated requirements. It is now a formal solicitation provided for Phase I of this Two-Phase Design-Build Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC). Pursuant to this amendment, the Phase I submission deadline has been extended. Any additional amendments or updates to the Phase I solicitation will be posted exclusively on SAM.gov. All changes will be clearly identified, with modified sections highlighted or otherwise marked to distinguish them from previous versions. Industry is strongly encouraged to monitor SAM.gov regularly for any subsequent amendments.
