5/6/2026 - Questions and Answers document added to the attachments section. 4/30/2026-updated SOW and RFQ to state that the vehicle must be a brand name, new (unused), PACCAR Peterbilt 567 Emergency Response Box Truck The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Procurement Section is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to solicit all Prospective Offerors for the purpose of acquiring one (1) NAME BRAND, new (unused) custom PACCAR Peterbilt 567 Emergency Response Box Truck to be delivered in Fredericksburg, VA. This is a firm-fixed price that must abide by the technical requirements for the custom vehicle set forth in the Statement of Work (SOW) and must be delivered within 180 days of award. Submission of Questions: All questions must be submitted in writing via e-mail to Contracting Officer Jamie Melzer-Compton at jlmelzer@fbi.gov by May 6, 2026 at 1:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). Questions sent via other means (i.e., telephone call, facsimile transmission, etc.) will not receive responses. Submission of Quotes The RFQ number is 15F06726Q0000226 and shall be referenced on all proposals. Proposals and any accompanying information shall be submitted via email to Jamie Melzer-Compton at jlmelzer@fbi.gov no later than Friday May 15, 2026, at 1:00PM, Eastern Time (ET). Proposals sent via other means (i.e., telephone call, email, facsimile transmission, etc.) will not receive responses. The government will not reimburse any cost incurred in relation to proposal preparation.
