Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, is soliciting offers for numerous orthopedic tools, instruments, and positioners for use by the Erie VA Medical Center located in Erie, Pennsylvania. Solicitation Details: This solicitation uses brand-name descriptions for orthopedic tools, instruments, and positioners. Please note that any reference to a brand-name product is herein provided solely for descriptive purposes and shall not be construed as an intention by the Department of Veterans Affairs to limit competition or procure that specific product. When a brand-name product is identified, prospective offerors shall treat such reference as a benchmark for design, performance, or quality standards. In addition, the Buy American Act applies in full. This act provides preference for American-made products, which will be applied as a price adjustment in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 25.106(b)(a). Set-Aside Status: None. This is an unrestricted RFQ. NAICS Code: 339112 (Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing) Size Standard: 1,000 employees Offeror Responsibilities: Potential offerors are responsible for downloading and returning a copy of the solicitation package to the contracting POC. Offerors must ensure they are informed of all solicitation requirements and deadlines by regularly checking the Contract Opportunities (SAM.gov) website for updates and amendments. Please note that any amendments issued to this solicitation will ONLY be available on this website.
