Description
DLA Weapon Support (Richmond) intends to issue a request for quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR 13.5. Description of requirements: Vacuum Furnace with Bulk Liquid Nitrogen Tank in accordance with Technical Specification VIBB 23-35-1002. Performance period/completion 283 days after receipt of order. FOB Destination, Inspection at Origin, and Acceptance at Destination. Destination is Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex, Warner Robins, GA 31088. The complete technical data package VIBB 23-35-1002 including Furnace, Training, Technical Data, IUID Tag(s), Shipping, Rigging, Installation, Removal of Equipment, Bulk Liquid Nitrogen Tank, and concrete pad for bulk liquid Nitrogen Tank will be included as a part of the solicitation. Solicitation will be Full and Open Competition procedures. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA), past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. THIS IS A SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. RFQ SPE4A8-26-Q-0030 is anticipated to be issued on or around 12 April 2026. A copy of the written solicitation will be available via the DLA DIBBS website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/Solicitations. To obtain a copy of the solicitation, enter the solicitation number you wish to download in the DIBBS Global Solicitation Search box on the right side of the screen and click �Go�. All proposals received after the closing date listed shall be considered �late� and may not be considered for award
