Description
The Government requires independent third-party construction materials Quality Control (QC) testing of contractor-supplied materials to support the 513th Expeditionary RED HORSE Squadron (513 ERHS) in the adaptive rehabilitation of Tinian North Field. This work is critical to ensure that the materials provided for the rehabilitation project meet all relevant specifications and standards, thereby ensuring structural integrity and safety for all phases of construction. The attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the contractor responsibilities, testing standards, and reporting requirements necessary to achieve the desired outcomes.
